Man, Woman, and Child
Years ago before Obamacare, Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx had a program called The Art Exchange. It was a wonderful program that helped artists in getting medical care. You presented the hospital with an idea for a piece and when accepted you created that piece and logged the hours you spent making it. Each hour represented a dollar figure. When I completed the piece I logged in 50,000$ worth of hours. This program helped me get a must needed surgery for my on going sinus issues. It helped me breath better for a few years. I was very grateful to have been accepted into the program.
The female model was pregnant at the time of the casting. That's where the child is.
This piece sits in the permanent collection of The Lincoln Hospital, Bronx NY.
