Scenes From The Parade

“Scenes From The Parade” was created in 2020 during self quarantine.  It recalls memories of Summertime, the time of cook outs, the beach, road trips, get togethers, and parades. At the time I was creating it in lockdown, I wondered if we would ever got to experience the things that make Summer great again.  Now when I look at this painting I feel optimistic.  I get a feeling of anticipation as I wait for Summer to come.
