Harvey Dent
Before I got sober from drugs and alcohol seven years ago, I was many personalities and wore many faces. I was whoever I needed to be depending on the situation, person, place or thing. I have devoted my life since, to becoming a better person on a daily basis and sometimes that isn’t the easiest thing. Sometimes I have to fight the negative self talk and do the right thing even when I don’t want to. Most importantly I try to always remain true to myself and be the best version of myself, even when no one is looking.
The title is relevant as I grew up always watching Batman and I always liked how Harvey Dent looked with the clean look side of his face versus the evil/ugly looking side and it represents me trying to be the good, clean looking side of myself. Although I am human and have my moments of the ugly side.
