30 x 60 x 1.5". Painted edges. Mixed medium; pigments , acrylic wash, oil, and ink on canvas. Gallery Wrapped, with painted sides. Painted Jan 2024. I incorporated the Sherwin Williams Color of the Year ‘Upward.’

This is one in my series of emotionally charged artworks from my new ‘Make A Wish’ fountain reflection series. I used saturated vibrant colors and powerful brush strokes, as I do in all my paintings, in order to create a lasting visual impression. I infuse my art, in the Daoist tradition, with positive intention behind the painting.

Materials:
Professional paints and canvas. Finished with a glaze of UV varnish to protect against sunlight and dust damage and to appear as water.
